sirwebs:why would anyone pay millions of pounds to buy rights for a programme and some pirates sit in thier corners and make millions of naira year-in year-out without paying any kobo to the right owners. guys we are all educated. this is pure piracy and its killing our economy and destroying the foundation of businesses. the VC and hotels should meet with the HITV mnangement and find a common ground. and pls dont compare DSTV with HITV. DSTV got long term loan facilities in SA with very low interest rate. HITV got short term facilities in naija with high interest rate. Besides when DSTV came they had little or no competition so they could operate freely. HITV has been very bold to come into the market to break the monopoly. if DSTV could operate with the high cost of the football rights why ddnt they get it? why did they lose the right to Champions league? HITV has gotten it at very high cost. the wont print money to re-coup thier cost will they? They have to break even and meet loan obligations. IF YOU CANT AFFORD IT BUZZ OFF. HITV IS A PROUDLY NIGERIAN PRODUCT JUST LIKE GLO, ZENITH BANK, GTBANK etc U WANT DSTV, GO TO SOUTH AFRICA |

i almost started crying when i saw this topic cos it reminded me when i was abt four yrs old. one day i ran to my mother in the spot she used to rest after hawking for a very long time, it was to go show her my report card. that is the greatest moment i remember having with her. my dad had money, but he never was interested in her welfare. she did it for me. i wish she was here now!!! |

Ccomputers:how can some 1 tell such a big lie. i bank with GTBANK and they don't charge when u use ur gtb ATM. i operate with 4 banks and have abandoned most of them for gtb. it has saved me millions in transaction cost. clients pay into my current, i transfer into my savings and cash across the counter. it saves me a lot of cost. i tell you. GTB is a very wonderful bank. my ATM got missing and it was replaced within 5 working days. the customer care called to say it was ready and i even got an email. their internet banking is flawless. all this without a single kobo deducted. they only charge for sms and COT when i decide to issue a cheque. the truth be told. gtb is the most customer and pocket friendly. nof said!!! |
