I need fast internet regularly, and since I am not yet in the starlink loop, I have to make do with Nigeria G.S.M.

But meeeehn. their speed can disappoint AT ANY TIME!!

So I want to try broadband router option. Either one of the airtel broadband routers as this is my network or a neutral broadband router that I can use with any of the 4 networks.

So, my question is:

1. Will a broadband router significantly improve my internet GSM speed?

2. Will a neutral device I can use with any GSM network be a better option in terms of convenience and speed??

What is your experience, Knowledge on this?

1. Every business need a TIN, for opening of Bank account and other things.
2. Yes, VAT if you offer VATable services, there may also be some petty tax here and there
3. Personal TIN is different from Business TIN, I think one is not required to, but you may need to in the case of getting a personal Tax Clearance and other stuffs, and of course there are taxes individuals pay, like Personal Income Tax
4. and 5. A tax consultant will be in the best position to answer.

1. Does my business (not a ltd) need a TIN?

2. If it does, is the relevant tax the VAT I charge on services?

3. Am I also required to have a separate TIN for myself as an individual?. If so,what is to be taxed?

4. When and how do I make returns in either case, depending on what applies?

5. How do I avoid being overtaxed or being harassed because I want to be straight about this?
