it doesnt require number but a dedicated good vpn.
search for zap.apk on google and make sure u download older version of the app

If you've verify your email and number and it's still showing verify, here is what I did.
Was using Chrome bfr so ditch it and downloaded Firefox with tunnel bear VPN..
And everything went well. Started receiving surveys after 5mins.
