Even if no one produces any clip (which I doubt because the evidence is there) it does not prove anything as the 5000 message is public knowledge and was one of his campaign messages may I remind you again. As of recently as of this year, some APC politicians had come out to say Buhari will pay the 5000. Even Osinbanjo reiterated that this promise (It was a promise to NIgerians from APC) would be fulfilled.

Guy relax yourself abeg, Not all promise will be fulfil even God promise us our daily bread and i never wake up one day and see bread on imaginary bread on my table..hahaha lol.. Me and you know even if PMB have good motive about that promise and really want to fulfil it, Some people are somehere waiting for that program to kick start so as to enriched theirself.. Also Nigeria do not have data of umemploy graduates and won't be easy to for the Govt to start that program just like that.. also some people we be collect that 5k more than 10 times since the Govt does not have that data. So the best is to eradicate it before some people siphoned the money budgeted for that purpose because someone will still complain of lavish and waist if Govt start that program..
