Decided when? For all you and I know, Dangote's agreement with the Federal government may have always been to have NNPC as the primary buyer for the product. I mean how else would you explain Dangote not already having a list of local buyers for the product all before all of this? An interview on the news a couple of days ago had one particular marketer insisting that many marketers would have loved to have had the chance to negotiate their own price deal directly with Dangote, something they had no chance to do given that NNPCL was named the primary buyer of Dangote PMS.

Bliev me,marketters are after their selfish interest ...so it NNPC n dangote too.marketers are a bigger problem.Negotiation or nor,dangote will never sell in a loss.N imported fuel will still be more expensive wit a landing cost of 1200

The tankers belong to the NNPC and independent marketers.
Immediately a tanker leaves the loading section, it is totally out of Dangote's control.

That was before NNPC decided to be d sole distributor.Dangote was gonna sell to IPMAN n monitor delivery.

Ipman is wrong ...this is new price of petrol without subsidy.IPman should tell us they want to keep importing so they can make useless claims on subsidy of petrol they send to cotonou to sell.So they want to pretend they didnt know nnpc has been paying subsidy?what i expected dem to say is nnpc should pay dangote some percentage subsidy to reduce d price of pms

Did Dangote purchase the crude he used to fall the price to 900 in Naira..? Is it not US crude paid at international in price in dollars .? Also remember , Dangote paid for import duty, paid for freight cost and insurance, and all others . So why is it still cheap ..

Did u not hear him say NNPCL Nd their cohort still refused to buy from him till this day because it's too cheap..?

Unfortunately u cannot xcept in d lab.Infact most imported fuel to naija claims 87 bt most times its below 85.this is why benz cars always develop problems in naija n toyota engine last longer....mind u,toyota engines were made to handle low quality fuel of 85 octane rating.

We hav d lowest of quality petrol around d world....if u dont bliev me google it.our petrol is 85 octane or even less.In europe it is 91 upwards.wat our low octane means is we are not even supposed to hav Mercedes benz in our society becos benz as per manufacturer instructions is at least 91 octane rating petrol.u should do a little research.Now dangote wants to sell both lower quality n higher quality which is wat is applicable around d western world .

That is not true...landing cost for lower quality pms is around 1100.Government was subsizing to bring it to around 700.Why cant govt subsidize jst 30% of wat itwas doing before to bring it to around 700.bear in mind we were subsidizing for neigboring countries too bt that will all become a thing ofpast...therefore cost of subsizing will be far lower.Its either that or giv dangote cheap crude to exchange for products.

They sold to dangote at prevailing international price of crude in usd f...cost of transportation is irrelevant here.Even d one sold in naira is going to be equivalent of d dollar which is still very much.D next order will be crude to product swap which makes more sense.

Cng is better suited for public transportation as they dont require much power n they all old cars.

The presidential committee is not the one producing for you. Tell Nigerians directly how much you’re currently selling to NNPC based on the crude you bought in dollars.

They said this particular batch of crude is an old batch sold in dollars n also sold to nnpc in dollara....so calm down till october.NNPC seems to be d misleading party here...lets wait for minister Edu as he seems to be d leader of d oil n gas sector now.

He freely rode on Nigerians to achieve this refinery.
All the imported hardwares were tax free, free import taxes, etc. Free free access to forex at official rate. Crude supply in naira etc.
He wants to recoup all money spent in a month or what? his selling price to nnpc shouldnt be more that N400, from nnpc to the last enduser shouldnt be more than N500

U are too emotional abt this.Dangote was sold crude at prevailing exchange rate also at international price of crude.Wat should be annoying u is why subsidiy was removed completely.If we were subsidizing 200million litres a month, wit dangote being only source of pms it becomes 100millon litres as most of our subsidized pms goes to neighboring countries.Also ,they were subsidizing abt 700 per litre being price of landing pms was 1200 naira.They cld hav jst subsidized 300 naira for us instead n that will bring price of pms to abt 400plus which will also reduce d 30% of our fx going to pms importation which will bring down exchange rate n further reduce price of crude sold to dangote on d long run n finally eliminate subsidy.
