Hello house, can I use any other means of identification(National ID) to register for ielts other than passport?

NARIC is wayyyy about the $20 limit so you won't be able to pay for it with your MasterCard. You'll need a dollar card, or someone willing to pay for you while you pay the naira equivalent or use Barter.

I have tried using my Gt master card to pay for Naric, but the transaction keeps declining.
