Jesus said - "I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it." (Matthew 16:18 NKJV)
Learn the meaning of context! And why did you mention cement and bricks?

whytediamond: I remember my years in Deeper life growing up.
We would go for a 4-day "retreat" as it was called.
The high point of every retreat was the free meals served twice daily and the chance to explore.
Nothing has really changed, just a cycle that has kept us backwards as a country.
Religion is fvcking beautiful Africa up.
If you travel to China, U.A.E or North America, you will see the difference in quality of life.
They don't do religion the way Africa does
We waste too much time of things that has never moved us forward as a people.
Christianity and Islam are not our original religion as a race and people.
Why dump your toy because you were told the other child's own is more beautiful? It's all about mindset and I can tell you for free, Africans do not have a mind of their own.
Think about slave trade. Why was Africa the only continent that sold their brothers?
Until we stop wasting precious time doing religion instead of working, we go no where as a people.

Kylekent59: You filmed him and brought it to social media for what?
For us to mock him or what?
Why can't you take the video to his superiors rather than bring it on social media?
How will his kids feel if they see this? His family members? If the man commits suicide because of this. Who killed him?
Many individuals are immature. He may believe he was doing the right thing by posting it on social media, but he was not.
Bringing the video to his superiors and being confronted with it demonstrates maturity.
Putting the footage on social media is childish. So the man in uniform begging for money is adultish right? People like this will always resort to this kind of $tupid behavior in public places when the idolize money .... Is he not paid? If the salary is not okay, he should opt in for another job... Many people erroneously think the huge price difference is only as a result of inflation.
Yes, inflation is a contributing factor but the continuous increase in Minimum Wage without corresponding increase in Productivity is actually the major reason. If you check well, Min Wage in 1990 was N250. Today it's N70,000.
So instead of Govt to fight inflation, they keep increasing wages & each time Min Wage is increased, prices will also increase & the cycle continues. That's the major reason we are in the current mess we are. You are half right, the major problem of inflation is the fuel subsidy removal and $tupid govt policies on forex... |

Crime › Re: Pastor Jailed Eight Years For Raping Member’s Wife In Imo by BeigJawnson(m): 3:41pm On Aug 08, 2024 |
hopefulLandlord: Christians should be very watchful of their utterances against Pastor Desmond Eke as what he did might've been commanded by Yahweh as he works in mysterious ways and his wisdom, as our perfect Holy Bible said, looks like foolishness unto man.
Yahweh once told the Israelites to kill all Midianites but keep young virgin girls as war booty. This sounds wrong to us but whatever Yahweh commands is wise even if it looks wrong in our limited knowledge he has his reasons
Yahweh figuratively destroyed Saul for not totally destroying the Amalekites
Yahweh once told Ezekiel to eat bread baked with human shiit
Same way Yahweh sent lying spirits to Ahab's prophets. This also sounds wrong to us but he has his reasons we aren't privy to and he answers to no one
Yahweh also hardened Pharaoh's heart while using that as opportunity to send more plagues and kill innocent people until all firstborn sons of the Egyptians are dead. This also sounds cruel but that's Yahweh showing us his loving power and nobody should question him
Yahweh struck Onan dead for refusing to cum into his brother's wife's vagina
Yahweh's ways are not our ways. its possible Yahweh instructed Pastor Desmond Eke to rape another man's wife in order to deliver her of the marine spirit that was disturbing her. Yahweh might have his reasons so we should not use our limited knowledge to judge what a man talking to a being of unlimited knowledge does. Beware not to bring a curse upon your lives and future generations by attacking a true man of Yahweh What jargons are you saying? |

They pledge maniacal support to politicians they assume have some magic wand to transform.their lives overnight.
Yet, what most Nigerian supporters do not have is the capacity for research to deepen knowledge to show them what is really posssible and when such, given the reality on ground, will be be possible.
When Nigeria is then not flowing with milk and honey in a year, which is a ludicrous time frame to expect miraculous transformation of the nation Tinubu inherited from Buhari, then you begin to hear curses from those who expected miracles from BAT yet are not even 0.0001% knowledgeable of our challenges to appreciate what and how long it will take to begin turning things around. Obasanjo should remember that the issues with fuel subsidy didn't start today. Tinubu is trying to navigate through a maze of challenges left behind by previous administrations.
Instead of casting blame, let’s support the efforts to find a sustainable solution. We need to look at the bigger picture and give room for progress, no matter how slow it may seem.
