The soldier man made his threat as an individual and not as an institution and he did not threatened to kill Christians but another person. Therefore he should be dealt with as an individual threatening another and not using that to justify a false narrative.

This is becoming a familiar pattern with state backed actors and serving SSAs promoting rhetorics like this and issuing threats against opposition and other ethnicities.
