Good average team vs common average team

It’s understandable that the Igbo dominate many of these markets and are major stakeholders in the importation and selling of goods there. However, despite their dominance, there are still many other importers and businessmen from different ethnic backgrounds operating in these markets.
My question is: why not work alongside these minority importers and encourage them to participate in the protest as well? Doing so would make it clearer that the concerns being raised are shared by businessmen across different ethnic groups, rather than being perceived as an exclusively Igbo movement.
Must other businessmen always be sidelined or looked down upon simply because they are fewer in number or may not be as financially powerful?
Imagine if significant numbers of minority importers from other ethnic groups had joined the protest. The public perception could have been very different, and the message might have been seen more broadly as a collective concern of Nigerian businesses rather than one associated primarily with a particular ethnic group.
