if he/she says its 2008, carry out a physical inspection and prove otherwise

I was in phase 1 for some time before relocating. accommodation in gbags estate is very expensive and a 2 bed for this stated amount shouldn't last long at all. infact, you don't need to market it. it will be gone even before the incumbent occupant leaves. are you sure there's no problem with the flat. pls be sincere to prospective tenants. state the good and bad sides of the flat here and let us know what we are likely to be in for. is it a BQ? does it have water? is the compound neat? how many other occupants? etc.
