Just give it some time. It's probably about 5 days for grace deletion. Between which the previous owner can claim the name. But don't sweat wait for some 5 days or so, before listing.
Better still chat them up. There are fast in responding to chat. But read more and maybe go for Okypromotion training so you don't waste money buying names that will be difficult to sale. Go to Namepros, Namebios.
