Three weeks ago, I mistakenly sent ₦69,000 to the wrong person. Immediately, I contacted my bank, and they gave me a form to fill out. After submitting the completed form, they told me it would take two weeks to process.

After the two weeks passed, I went back to the bank to follow up. That was when they told me I needed a court order to proceed.

Yesterday (Monday), I went to the court to obtain the court order. At the court, I was introduced to a lawyer, and the lawyer told me I would need to pay ₦30,000 to get the court order.

My brothers and sisters, how is this possible? I mistakenly sent ₦69,000, and now I’m being asked to pay ₦30,000 just to get a court order.

I asked if they can provide me the person number so I can call the person directly and ask for my money. They said NO!!!

That’s one of the importance of having an account officer..he/she would have put the credited account on lean and then contact the person.If he refuses to return the money then the court order will be applied..they charge 20k for that.

When an account is on lean mode,the receiver will not be able to withdraw the money.

I believe this is some kinda skit..with her alcoholic voice.
Why would a lady reduce herself to this point?

Take those musician celebrities for example, Cynthia Morgan, When she was in her hit period, all those lifestyle she was living was sponsored by her management. You will pay the money back from your music. All. If you have issue with your management and you can't get new one on time, as an artist, you will go broke because it's token you will be making from your music as royalty. Normally,there are many kinds of loan,a vehicle loan is different from a house mortgage loan.You see it as flexing because it doesn't work well in Nigeria compared to the western world where it works but I tell u this,if you go to a bank to obtain a 2026 vehicle loan without an access declaration,transaction histories etc,nobody is gonna give u nothing.
Loans are actually good for businesses that are trying to expand to be able to meet with it customers demands and stay in competition.
