Yes you can. You can withdraw from your accumulated commission which is Tuesdays and Thursdays, while normal earning is 20th of every month. Any amount can be withdrawn as long as you meet the withdrawal threshold.

I still advise, get a stabilizer guy. See if that current spoils the compressor you will have no need to return it. So to be safe get a stabilizer to use with that fridge.

If the current is low it won't come on, I will advise you use it with a stabilizer to test and see but if doesn't work return the fridge immediately to the seller before it's too late.
