frankly, the plain candid truth is that even if you know VC, you have to get a certain score relative to the cut off for courses like law and medicine. my 59 is a far cry from meds cut off of 70. but one thing is certain: cut off for elds is 5 marks less the cut off for Merit. so the list is gonna favour Elds.
