No.... You don't need a vpn to create your payoneer account.

Use your normal Nigerian Ip for that and make sure you supply all your details correctly to them...... If you are lucky enough like me your account can be verify within few minutes

If your account has been approved, you really don't need to wait for the card before earning money with it. Just download the VPN and get your work done. Remember to change your account details on clickbank if your payoneer account have approved.

To know your payoneer account details click on receive and click on global payment your account details will be displayed below it.

When you turn on the VPN, your phone ip will change to UK, but as soon as you open and verify your clickbank account and open a new Facebook account with UK details as a fine girl between the age of 18-30 turn off your vpn and your ip will return back to a Nigerian ip.

Sir, I will advice you to open it yourself. Now open a new email address preferably Gmail. Open your VPN enter a different name as your name i.e. If your name is yinka chinedu change Ahmed Johnson. Now fill in your other details, remember to use different phone number this time around.

Note: Using a name quite different from yours won't stop you from getting your money, just supply them with your payoneer details.

Maybe your name or parts of your details have been taken note of by them.

Now do it like this

Close the vpn
Open a new Gmail account
Connect the VPN
Open clickbank and click on sign up
Use any name preferably names of someone close to you, just make sure the person name don't bear any correlation with yours
Use diff phone number
Use Citibank as your bank, you can change that one later

Get back to me on that bro
