Op! Please it is not fatal unless a death occurs. It may be ghastly or terrible or very serious with any level of injury but provided there's no death, it's not fatal.

My argument goes thus:

Can they prove that her condition impedes her ability to learn?
If yes, to what extent?
Also, what steps did they take to assess her condition? I believe it is unconscionable, unfair and wicked to have expelled her without her assessing her condition. I understand that they do not have the facilities for disabled students but did they for once consider the possibility that she may be willing to provide those facilities herself?

The administrative decision should have been taken after talks from both sides, such a senstitive decision should not have been a one-sided argument.

When we have institutions of learning that cannot try to seek practical solutions to simple problem, then it is safe to say that Nigeria is doomed!!

I don't know what the Nigerian constitution says but I strongly believe that this should be classified as discrimination because it is a human rights issue.
