I think this suggestion is nice , even if he has removed the fund in his bank account let’s get his NIN /BVN black listed and get him arrested , I encourage other sellers to join us in this effort , it’s easy if we can put resources together and go after him rather than putting the money pressure on what person because this guy is trying to make this place unsafe and it can happen to anyone , let’s stop him before it get to us
