honey86: No I'm a woman. i noticed I added about 2 inches when I was 24. No increase since then though. For the record, we ate loads of beans whole growing up, I'm 5'8 and the shortest I'm my family. My parents were not as tall as we are now, so it wasn't gene unless there were recessive genes in play.

that's exceptional then. in most cases women stop growing before 24.

that's becos u r a man. women stop growing earlier than men do, for women they stop growing taller between 18 to 21.

beans can not do anything to her height now that she's an adult. beans would have enhanced her growth if she were to be an adolescent. ie is she is still developing or growing. it's good to feed children enough beans between the age of 8 to 18 especial girls if you want them to grow tall. once they hit 20/21 women are not like to grow more taller but the men continue growing.
