They are the real definition of hype and everything EPL is hyped. There is no need going further with this. Neymar has proved himself beyond every shadow of doubt. He has proved himself to a level Hazard can only dream of. He has not achieved anything substantial and his career has already taken a nose-dive. I can assure you that, before he gets to Neymar's present level(if he will ever), Neymar would have been a proud winner of The Balon d'Or.

Also, bringing Paulinho and Bernard into this is very shallow of you. Who knew Paulinho pre Confederation Cup? Was it not the Confeds that brought it much fame and rave reviews? Neymar on the other hand didn't need the senior international stage to get the rave reviews that he deserves. He was being heard from Brazil with his exploits.
