Anyone still unsure about who will win the 2027 presidential election may need to schedule a quick check-up with a psychiatrist.

Because at this rate, we might be witnessing history, the first presidential election featuring an opposition that appears to be campaigning… for the incumbent. Even their resistance looks suspiciously like support.

God bless the Jagaban, because apparently, even the critics are working overtime on his campaign brochure.

The present development in the political history of Nigeria is breathtaking, thought provoking and incredibly intriguing.

But isn't retiring them the best thing to do? Or they should be retained and should serve under their junior officer?

Abeg give them better settlement, make them go rest.

In line with the military/paramilitary tradition, a senior officer is expected to retire from the active service once a junior officer has been elevated above him.

We have seen it coming, subsequently Lawal Dauda of Zamfara and Alex Oti of Abia might follow suit. This may be good for the ruling APC but it has reduced the beauty of democracy drastically to some of us.
