PROCEDURES

2. Buyer returns signed SPA with scan copies of Super Cargo & Inspector’s identification and TUG-BOAT DETAILS, Seller gives ATB Buyer board his Crew in Nigeria waters and a scanned copy of corporate cheque of 5million naira attached to signed SPA, as Bond to SWFIT Logistics upon confirmation.
3,Seller send confirmable Prove of product to buyer:s bank upon receipt of signed ago Spa
4. Buyer with Seller coordinate board Buyer s/cargo and Inspector for cargo confirmation at Nigeria waters and after confirmation, Capt sends s/cargo/inspector arrival on board [Attestation].
5. Buyers inspector brings down sample of the product to buyers choice of SGS laboratory for Analysis and Q and Q , while the supercargo of the buyer stays on board .Within 48 hours of the ANALYSIS AND Q AND Q, Buyer releases N10million for logistics (cash via swift into sellers account).
5.After successful Q and Q, Seller introduce buyer to the vessel owner for purpose of re chartering the vessel , Seller send all documents to the Buyers bank for payment immediately.
6.Buyer raises MT103/ OR CASH for total Cargo within 72 hours
Including all agents commission in the CONTRACT according to the signed SPA
7. All Documents are then released to the buyer in buyers name.
8. Seller verifies all payments . After payment vessel sails to buyer’s destination

Buyer pays by swift transfer for whole cargo. into Seller's nominated account and accounts of all intermediaries as stipulated in the Sales and purchase agreement.
Vessel sails to Buyers point of discharge.
