Hard choice to make because both phones are amazing. spark 40 camera is sharp and the quality high but C75X is more durable and last longer.

PhonesRe: realme C75 Vs C75x – Which One Should You Go For? by bioluwatinfe: 10:07pm On Jul 06, 2025
Shawn29:
realme recently dropped two new rugged phones in their C series lineup – the realme C75 and the realme C75x being the latest, both are already getting attention for their impressive durability and decent specs at a budget-friendly price. But which one actually gives better value?

First off, both phones are built like tanks. You’re getting IP66, IP68, and IP69 water and dust resistance, so they can survive everything from a dusty construction site to being splashed with water or even submerged briefly. They also come with MIL-STD-810H military-grade drop protection meaning the C75 handles drops from up to 2 meters, while the C75x is rated for up to 1.8 meters. Either way, you’re covered if you’re prone to dropping your phone. Then there’s also the SonicWave speaker water ejection, which basically helps dry out the speaker if water gets in.

Battery life is solid on both. The C75 has a slightly bigger 6000mAh battery (real-world rated at around 5828mAh), while the C75x comes with 5600mAh (rated at 5465mAh). Both support 45W fast charging, which can take you from 0 to 100% in about 90 minutes. Not bad at all.

The screen is where you start seeing some key differences. The C75 has a 6.72" FHD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate and good brightness – up to 690 nits. Meanwhile, the C75x is 6.67" and pushes a smoother 120Hz refresh rate, but it’s HD+, so you lose a bit of sharpness. If you stream or read a lot, the C75’s display might be more enjoyable. But if you play games and love smooth scrolling, the 120Hz on the C75x will feel snappier.

Performance-wise, the C75 runs on the Helio G92 Max chip with 8GB RAM (plus virtual RAM) and up to 256GB storage. The C75x uses the Helio G81 Ultra, and comes in 6GB or 8GB RAM options with 128GB storage. For everyday use, both will handle WhatsApp, YouTube, and light gaming fine – but the C75 has a bit more power and room to breathe.

Camera setup is very similar. Both have a 50MP main rear camera, which takes decent daylight shots. The selfie camera is where the difference lies: the C75 has 8MP, while the C75x has 5MP. It’s not a big deal, but if you care about selfies or video calls, it’s something to note.

So, which one should one really go for?

If you want better screen resolution, more storage, slightly better selfies, and a slightly bigger battery, then the realme C75 is the smarter pick.

If you prefer a faster, smoother display and can live with HD+ resolution, the C75x still holds its own.

Either way, both phones are built for rough handling and give solid value for money – especially if you work outdoors, ride bikes, or just want something that won’t crack at the first drop.

Sooo, rugged power or smooth performance in screen and gaming — which one’s your pick?
realmeC75x is like the pro max of realmeC75 right

PhonesRe: Where Do You See Smartphone Tech In 5 Years? by bioluwatinfe: 10:59pm On Jun 28, 2025
