We are looking for qualified, young, result oriented, dynamic, and energetic professionals who are looking for dynamic environment that will support their career ambitions to fill the position below: FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE Responsibilities: * General front office and reception work. * Welcoming and processing visitors to the office. *To carry out the day to day administration of the front office. *To provide a warm courteous and prompt welcome on arrival for all visitors at the reception desk. *To handle all incoming telephone calls / enquiries promptly giving a warm, courteous welcome and using the agreed salutation. * Keeping the reception area neat and tidy. * Keeping visitors entertained and at ease. *To report any maintenance issues requiring attention in the reception. Qualifications and Requirements: * Minimum of B.Sc./HND in any field. * Customer service and or sales experience. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Corel Draw etc. * Knowledge of one or more Computer Operating Systems (Microsoft, Macintosh, Linux,) * Good data entry/keyboard skills. * Knowledge of administration and clerical processes. *Must be self-accountable. *Must be ready to work with or without prior supervision. *Must be a team-player. *Must be dedicated to his/her duties. *Must a good communication skills.
