1. Israel was unable to enter Lebanon 2006, just as Israel has been unable to enter Lebanon till today after 10day of fighting.
Infact Israel lost the 2006 war with Hezbollah and so cannot invoke resolution 1701 to obtain what it FAILED to achieve on the battlefield
2. Upon all of Israel’s cry about 1701 at the UN, how many people have cared to listen?
WHY IS ISRAEL NOT EQUALLY PASSIONATE ABOUT RESOLUTION 246? RESOLUTION 242? Infact, which UN resolution has Israel EVER respected? Is it not ironic the same MORONIC Israel that cares for nothing about UN resolutions is now the one preaching 1701?
3. UNIFIL does not take orders from Israel. For one, they did not ask Israel not to fight. They are not standing in the way of Israeli advance. They’ve only requested Israel should stop trying to advance from UNIFIL position on the border, thereby exposing them to Hezbollah fire. Israel has tried several times to use UNIFIL as shield to advance against Hezbollah
4. The major thing Israel is unhappy about UNIFIL presence on the blue line, is that UNIFIL is seeing how Hezbollah is THOROUGHLY DISGRACING IDF!
And they have been making this public. e.g It was UNIFIL that reveal the flag planting fiasco of IDF at Maroun Al Ras. IDF planted the Israeli rag, took pictures for propaganda and pulled it out, to hurriedly FLEE as Hezbollah’s gunfire lighted their butts. This and many more embarrassing revelations are why IDF want UNIFIL to leave.
5. UN was not created to serve Israel or carter to the Whims and caprices of Israel. By the way, who is Israel?

The UN's ineptitude is a shame! Resolution 1701, passed in 2006, explicitly demanded Hezbollah's disarmament and removal from the Litani River area. Yet, these UN forces have been sleeping on the job for years, allowing Hezbollah to rearm and launch rockets into Israel unchecked.

Now, let's recall the Lebanese War in 2006, Israel withdrew from Lebanon, trusting the UN to enforce 1701. Fast forward to today: Hezbollah's still entrenched, and UNIFIL (UN Interim Force in Lebanon) has failed to prevent their terrorist activities.

Israel's patience wore thin after/close to a year of rocket attacks(now). The limited ground invasion was a last resort. And what's the UN's response? Crocodile tears! Israel warned UNIFIL to vacate the area since they are clueless, so the IDF could finish the job. What exactly is their job there if they can't disarm hezbollah or prevent them from launching attacks against Israel?🤷‍♂️

It's simple: if you stand in the way of self-defense, you'll get hurt. Don't become Hezbollah's human shields! The UN's inaction has consequences, and here it is.
