No problem bizbloke, you trust your communication team, they did excellent right? I wasnt even told specuit express can deliver earlier yesterday if i needed it soon as possible, i only got the silent treatment, its just because the pick up arena is very close to where i stay. The person could have just said if you prefer pickup, that would be on friday, however specuit express can deliver on thursday by mid noon day Thats all!
Fine and good, they did excellent right? Wont drag this any further.

Is it possible i can pick up or courier delivery before or by latest noon today. I wont postpone my trip again because of it. Either one thats possible let me know. If its courier delivery i will pay. If its pick up i will be there. Just must be before noon or by latest noon.

Its easy to say this now bizbloke, you wont say what was said on whatsapp, you conveniently left out the bit where i told the person handling your whatsapp a day before or two days before on how urgent it was for me to pick up today because i was going to travel today, i dont know if there is a disconnect between the communication unit on whatsapp and those that execute. If i had been told pick up wont be possible today only courier delivery will be possible. i would have gone for courier delivery and not pick up. Its the communication thats not good.

Even when i discovered i might not be getting my stuff today at 11am, i suggested to pick up at your hub, or any where convenient at all, i didnt even suggest courier delivery. I didnt even get a response, and the person kept reading the messages, no reply. I mean, what would anyone think? Am not a troublesome person, it takes a lot for me to lose my cool, i work in a high pressure environment too. I dont give the silent treatment like what i experienced on whatsapp today especially to clients.

Even the banks create alternative methods for checking balances rather than visiting the bank, makes life easy for everyone.

While i appreciate the discount, i get this is a start up maybe thats why the hiccups, but try and see things from the view of the customer too and not act like you are perfect and i would not prevent anyone from going home to their families just because of pictures, someone in charge of holding on to the parcels could have just taken it. Since it wasnt even available for delivery

One thing you must know, communication is key. Thats all that is lacking in both my first and second orders with specuit.

This is an item that came with the June 19th freight. It still shows not delivered when we track it, maybe you should ask around if you do not believe. We have a freight on the 10th but if that does not work out, the freight will be on the 17th which is the normal freight schedule. Also, please edit your post and remove the picture because we do not show our address in public.

Another order another problem.
My items were delivered last saturday and still did not meet the shipment. Can you care to give a reason for this again?
Is it because of the free voucher i got thats why my items were not shipped?
So i wont get my stuff till 20 something of this month, well played...
If you dont need extra customers and cant cope with the number of deliveries made say so. Am sure i just lost a customer. Thanks specuit.

You should actually tell your customers when you adjust your rates ahead of time so its fair on everyone, because when i saw the invoice yesterday i came straight to your front page to confirm the rates, and when i also asked person handling the whatsapp i was also reffered to your front page to check the rates and it was still 7,000 as at 9:24am this morning from my screenshot above, no mention of 8,000. so when i saw 24k i thought there must be a mistake somewhere. I thought maybe the 'discount' on the first invoice was that it was my first order with you guys and not for the newly revised rates. An oversight on your part.

The adjusted Flat Rate for tablet is N8,000/unit and that is why we included N3,000 as discount so that in the future, you do not complain that you got N7,000/unit when you bought a tablet. We also included another N3,000 discount to make it N6,000/unit. If you do not want the discount, please pay the total amount in your first invoice.
Please be informed that you are not at Specuit's mercy and we send invoices before freight so that you can know what to do and all invoices for items that are calculated by weight are created with the average weight gotten from past purchases. When the items arrive, they are weighed and if you were charged high, you will get your excess money back and if you were charged low, we will ask for our balance. Please be informed that a hard drive is not 9 ounces. Please if you do not see any discount, pay the total amount on your first invoice.

Thats not what is on your front page tho, tablets are 7k on your front page and not 8k like you said, this is news to me, am sure is news to everyone else going by your frontpage, then dont call it a discount, its the normal amount i should pay the person handling your whatsapp should have just said thats the NEW flat rate and i would be given a 1k off each item, and adjusted accordingly. Calling it a discount is kind of deceiving since thats not what is on your rates page. The real discount is the N3k off given later when i complained about it not being a full tablet. Do you understand?

Now to the weight on the other items right, amazon says the shipping weight of all their items, i was charged 4kg, this items are 2.4 kg in total when converted from lbs to kg, i guess you round up the weights to 3kg right, fine, i dont know where the 4kg is coming from. The first, second and third picture are the camera, the lens and the hard drive respectively, you do the maths yourself, and check the links, I like when this things are done properly not just hiding behind discounts that are not there. The message was they used the links for the invoicing, where are they now getting this weights from The person on your whatsapp threatened not to freight my items, no problem, i am at your mercy now. And the owner of the items is already on my neck with the delay of items. I will send the remaining difference. No problem. I dont like to be cheated, and thats what is happening now.

When i complained about the drawing pads not being full tablets, they said they would charge it likea normal tablet but would they said they would take off 1,000 from each unit, that should be 6k right? Thats the real discount here abi?

To be honest a lot of things are unclear about the way you do your invoicing, am just tired to be honest, is it 8,000 you charge for tablets or 7,000 based on this invoice you sent, you then gave me a 'discount' of 3000, which discount? Or the normal amount i should pay. If you want to give me a discount give me, dont hide behind discount, thats not a discount.

I'm really sorry you're disappointed with our service at Specuit - my apology for a negative experience and that we crushed your high hopes. It wasn't intended neither was it an isolated case. No, our Hello Team wasn't making up the dates and also, the Hello Team handles only communication and doesn't make freight decisions.

Some quick explanations:
The 29th (May): Freight as usual; next freight slated for 12th June (today).

An opening came in for the 5th and we took advantage of it. We take advantages of this so as to deliver on time (example: Mohammed D. on the 5th June freight who got his order from the USA -> Lagos in 9 days) and then, we also work hard to retain the initial date; this didn't work great this time and I apologize for that.

The 5th: an auxiliary freight; when an auxiliary freight happens, some clients have it great because their packages arrive on time and few clients have it bad (in this case, you were among the affected few) because their packages arrive later than promised, mostly a week later.

The 12th: Planned freight which was rescheduled to the 19th and the next is on the 3rd of July.

Let me have your tracking details & we'll look up your order and see what's good with it. We'll refund 50% of the $52 you paid ($26: N9,490) in Voucher Value for your next order and you can apply it as deduction on Freight Fee & Service Charge (this will not restore your hopes to the high level it was at before but I hope, on behalf of everyone at Specuit, it goes a long way).
