Our NNPC promised refinery working since December last year and of recent August ending yet nothing and PBAT is minister of petroleum and just looking. All I see in Aso Rock collaborating again to destroy the economy. Russia is surviving with selling cheap refined oil for Rubbles their national currency. But Nigeria is buying fuel with USD when they have 4 refineries and a private one.

The so called refineries will start in August was blackmail tool to Dangote and he feared and started making noise to save his business. Last last who won who loose. Dangote cement is also owned by Dangote who made a killing from his cement and plans to do same with his refinery with collabo of NNPC.
