Please, I need help with name modification... I have spent money on trying it in different offices. The online own is showing error after uploading and trying to submit. How did you get name modification done

Even as much as I am please with this development which I have done my name modifications of recent, but that can't be said for Date of Birth modification. It is practically impossible to do it by yourself, the process is very cumbersome and most likely reserve for the NIMC official to handle it.
As I type this, I have paid 16340 for Date of Birth modification, where I was ask to get NPC attestation reference number. Went to NPC office in Uyo where I paid 5k for the attestation, only for me to input the reference number from the attestation and it keep telling me Data not found.
