After submitting the centre you want for your screening, it will bring out a fresh page, then you will click on PRINT. And the schedule slip will come pop up. Then u print.

U are to create an account with your email address and your password, then you select the university and the centre you want, either Unilorin Campus, Lagos, or Futminna. and after selecting you will print out your schedule slip. Thats all, I have done my own.
