It is currently suspended and not useless. This is a downtime to buy, smart investors know that. If you have been following the news especially discuss in National Assembly, there is huge pressure on CBN Governor to lift suspension. CBN are also trying to come up with reviewed guidelines for the BDC sector.

Note that before the suspension BDC license were selling for 90m to 120m.
