Business / Re: Do You Ever Feel Guilty Spending Lavishly Knowing Many Are Poor by Blankstare(m): 2:43pm On Jan 09
It's a tight situation. 'But the life of abject poverty was created from the will of God'.

For instance when I enter eatery, I make sure I don't spend more than 5k per sitting, I came from a poor home, even though God Don bless me small I remember prudency and frugality from my Dad.

Poverty in Nigeria and Africa is real than imagined, our forefathers didn't do much on food science and agro allied, the colonialist tried their best but the post colonial African leaders like Betty edu were demonds in human form.

We must conquer hunger first, else we will never be free from the rapacious poverty ravaging our land. We must reach the extent of buying one full roasted chicken for (#,300), less than a dollar.....hence, food security and sufficiency.

its just the nature of the ministry

Why did apc create such a dubious ministry if it wasn't to loot

There is ministry of youth and women they now went to create an ambiguous ministry where anyone can sit in his house and decide who to classify poor and share loot to

The feeding programmer and social money is for a few party members then the rest is looted in billions

Blame buhari

The ministry started as trader money and later expanded to npower

Osibanjo was doing fine and was beginning to take buharis shine ...

See excuses......." it will be retired with all receipts and evidence." Is it difficult to procure fake receipts to retire advance in Nigeria? They can eat the money and get useless documents as evidence and receipts and submit them to retire the N585m. Fear Nigerian politicians.....at least she needs the millions to keep buying her expensive weavons and gold jewelries. Corruption in Nigeria is just too nauseating.

EbonyQueen001:
I found this information and it is applicable in my case. The scammer scammed me with 5 different account numbers. 4 with Wema/Alat bank and 1 with Globus Bank.
The money is huge and I don't know how to go about it.

I don't know if the provided accounts are wallet accounts though.

I need help on money recovery.

Are they regular banks? try get a Court order and compel the police to release the scammers BVN to you.....the person might show up at the bank for sorting and henceforth arrested, if he or she doesnt, you can use the bvn to your advantage of whatever kind.

I don't know of exact amount.
But the person that told me it not worth happens to be a senior brother of mine that works at that bank.
He vividly told me the stress and d money I would spend to recover my 40k won't really be worth it
But assuming na like 100k now.
At least even if you spend like 20k get your 100k back.
Still okay na.

1 before you get report from police station.
Police Boys go collect something lemme just say nothing less than 5k. Best budget 10k

Then court oder sef not free na.

And normally court order take about a week or more to get processed.
But if you want it fast u have to settle again.
I know court order should be around 3k or so.
Not sure o.
And let say u settle Dem sef small 2k.

U spend 5k for station.
5k for court.
That 10k.
If you get to bank.
If the scammer no get money for account, they would just lock the account and say it has been placed on lien and anytime there is enough money it would be debited for you..

And u don spend 10 already o..
But u can try your luck Sha.
Some people do it and they get there money back.

I tried it so I know how it works.
I pulled plenty strings from uncles and aunties to get both police report and court order. And after everything see what bank dey tell me after constant reminder.
Today make it one month plus o

You were lucky to get a Court order for 10k, I got mine for 40k for a woman that scammed me of 1.5m.

This fool thinks that it's about which tribe is on the Forbes list. How does that influence your daily life?
Let me reset your brain ewu. The main reasons Igbos brag is because the Igbos have an equal distribution of wealth. Just take some time and visit igbo people, you'll realize that average igbo man is no where near being hungry. An average igbo man is comfortable and can fully feed himself, his family, buy his car and build his own house. Can the same thing be said about the yourbas and Hausa/fulanis with their plenty almajiris roaming every nooks and crannies of their streets. Bros, I've traveled to over 20 states in Nigeria, no region has an equal distribution of wealth close to the Igbos. That's why they tell you that "Igbo has no king" . Everyone na Boss for him house. Learn

You are right! Igbos have the most middle class among the ethnic groups in the country. But on the flip, don't you think this republicanism spirit is a big undoing for them, how will a group of people resolve they don't have leaders or don't respect their elders...even in the jungle , animals choose leaders to pilot them.

Xtruzz:

Every agency is supervised by a Ministery. Once the minister of the agency you intend to be transferred to get involved in your transfer of service, the agency will be forced to issue you the request letter. Once you get hold of the request letter with the instructions of the minister to the DG or ES or MD of the agency, your problem is solved. The major problem is the request letter..

I don't know the amount of priviledge information you have, but I can categorically tell you there's nothing like transfer of service anymore.

Mohabdul:

Transfer of service is difficult; the request letter from the agency is the most difficult aspect of it. Some agencies are willing to give you a new appointment, which is easier for them than the transfer. The easiest way to get into some organisations is to go on secondment and later regularise as permanent. while in some agencies, the union body does not allow the transfer of services but only fresh appointments. You might be lucky to get in with a high grade level as a fresher based on your working experience and other circumstances attached.

You are correct! It's the union of the intended agency that is usually the problem, even though you want to force yourself in with a strong connect, some other ogas will want to bring in their own people too which will raise eyebrows around. As for secondment, it might take years before regularization, best is to come in as a fresher with higher grade . I have been on the matter for years now, I use today as special day before almighty Allah to make it a success for me very soon...ameen.
