Hello sir, my immigrant interview as being schedule by the NVC and I am preparing to go for it soon sir. I lost my Nigeria wife about 5 years ago through a fire accident and now I have got married to an American citizen woman, I am here to ask if I can use a sworn affidavit death certificate issued from the high court of law in Nigeria to attend my interview sir please your response will be appreciated sir.

I lost my wife in a fire disaster in the year 2012 in Nigeria and I am now married to an American citizen woman i want to ask if I can use a sworn affidavit death certificate issued from the high court of law of Nigeria to attend my immigrant visa interview.
