Nope. i disagree with yall here. can u pls mention to me ten countries dat are small in size and are being heard arnd d world. Fine its(the small country) habitants myt b doin well buh stil wil NOT b reckon with in the committee of nations. except for wen a country host d word(most expecially in sports). Wen a country big its more advantagous dan it being small(Fragmentize). All this challenges(tribal or religion) are what makes a country great. The challenges myt looks so much to surmount buh itel u, they are surmountable. All we need is to be reasonable with eachoda. USA,China,Uk,Russsia,Brazil... etc. didnt bcome what they are today as a "small" country. Assuming US or other big countries had fragmentize, am sure they wont b claiming world No1,2 or 3 today. #Justmyview.

You should go to a dental clinic and go for filling with a permanent filling material... Like Gold if you can afford it. Or better still use Amalgam, buh let the practitioner know the last one you had fall out, so he can make a good cavity preparation that can hold the material either by good acid etching or cutting.
But if the holes have affected your pulp and you feel alot of sensitivity, i bet you have to spend more in the filling, cos the pulp has to be protected from irritation from the filling material. Or better still you can extract and replace with denture or bridges, but denture maintenance aint easy to.
My advice is you should visit a dentist soon, the condition of the tooth in view will determine the advice or decision to be taken by the dentist.
