Giuliani alleges that Joe Biden probably had advance knowledge of the plan and that's what he let slip when he said he has assembled the biggest "voter fraud" organization in history and it also explains the reluctance of Biden to campaign indicating confidence that he did not need to campaign because he already knew of the plan to steal the elections.

Giuliani said that in certain states, the number of disputed votes is more than double the margin between the two candidates. He said that abuses in different states were too similar not to be part of a plan by Democrats to cheat.

Giuliani said Georgia had double voters, out-of-state voters, and other problems. He said there will "probably" be a lawsuit in Arizona. Also said there were "significant" allegations of fraud in New Mexico and Virginia (though maybe not enough votes to affect outcome in the case of Virginia)

Giuliani alleged that there were unusually large "overvotes" in Michigan and Wisconsin, which is why Republicans in Wayne County were reluctant to certify the result. He says some precincts had 2-3 times more voters than registered voters, or even residents.

Giuliani noted that Wisconsin had a different law, with strict procedures for absentee ballots requiring applications. He alleged that there were 60 thousand ballots in Milwaukee and 40 thousand in Madison where ballots were submitted without prior applications.

Giuliani said that ballots marked only for Biden about 60,000 to 100,000 were "produced" quickly and in some cases counted three times. He said there are 60 witnesses to this in Michigan.

Giuliani quoted an affidavit of an election official in Detroit who swears she was instructed not to look for defects in absentee ballots; to backdate ballots to avoid having to seperate them as ordered by the Supreme Court and not to check whether people were voting legally, or twice.

Guiliani said the election officials kept observers far away from the mail-in ballots because they knew they were going to use those ballots to help Biden catch up with Trump. He also faulted the media for censorship of his legitimate claims.

Giuliani said 15 thousand of 17 thousand provisional ballots in Pittsburgh were cast by people who were told that they had already voted by mail.

Giuliani also explained the Equal Protection Clause argument: voters in Democratic counties in Pennsylvania were allowed to "cure" defects in their mail-in ballots but voters in Republican counties, where the state law was applied as written, were not allowed to cure such defects.

Giuliani explained that without observers watching mail-in ballots being opened, and without matching the signatures on envelopes to those on voter rolls, the ballots are "null and void," especially when the outer envelopes are thrown away and cannot be reunited with the ballots.

At the Trump campaign press conference, Giuliani said there is a pattern in the voting data that suggests "a plan from a centralized place" to commit voter fraud in big cities controlled by Democrats.

When we have hundreds of thousands of Biden only ballots that didn't tick any down ballot options magically appearing overnight in the states that Biden needed to win and poll watchers are prevented from monitoring what is happening then it is not insane to question things rather it is insane to pretend it is normal.

Dems yelling at Trump for refusing to concede are not serious. Trump is not spying on Biden team or sending FBI agents to try to get them to make incriminating comments and coordinating with media to run a hoax accusing Biden of being a Russian asset so he Republicans can use that as an excuse to demand for a special counsel investigation that will spend the next two years harassing everyone that worked with Biden. Al Gore didn't concede, he went to court to challenge the election results. He eventually conceded on December 12 a month after the elections. Trump has a right to use every legal options to get justice.
