Pls respond to his reply and try to settle it amicably

I contacted him that there was no balance on the card, and I didn't use it, I gave him several screenshots to show this but he was still accusing me of wanting to eat my cake and have it, I even told him I will give him access to my account to check it himself. I told him it's three of us that have access to the card, if I didn't use it and you also didn't use it, we are left with only one choice which is your source but he said his source didn't use it either.

I had to call eBay to find out what happened to the card, and I was told the card balance has been frozen ( card balance don't just get frozen except there is callback from the source)
I was sent an email on how to unfreeze the card balance, I gave him the screenshot of the mail I got from eBay but he still didn't believe me as if I manufactured the mail out of thin air.

I had to call eBay agent the second time to record the conversation and I forwarded him the recorded conversation.

He received the recorded audio conversation and went silent neglecting all my messages, I called him through WhatsApp call he kept declining my calls. He finally responded after several hours of silent telling me I have all they are requesting.

After providing toluxa1 with a recorded conversation of my chat with an ebay rep to proof the gift card was indeed frozen, he has since stopped replying my chat and at the same time rejecting all my calls, he has also failed to respond to the call out here. I won't call him a scammer yet but his attitude is giving the impression of a scammer.

I hate doing this but toluxa1 has left me no choice.

I purchased two ebay gift cards worth of $500 each at 280,000 from toluxa1 on 16th September, but I was not able to use the card t due to unavailability of the us address to ship to. I tried using the two cards this morning but I saw a response that there is no balance on the two cards, I contacted him regarding this but he said there was no way for him to be sure that I haven't used the cards. To avoid prolonging issue I called ebay support and I was told the cards balance has been frozen and I will need to provide the required documents for them to refund the card balance, I told him and even attached screenshot of the email I got regarding the issue. I have asked for a full refund of the 280,000 I paid him but he is still insisting on not refunding my money.
