I have this RX300 that hasn't been used since 2015. It has been packed for 5 years before I bought it.

I bought it in may and it has been packed since that time till August because I was busy on a project so I didnt have time for it.

Now I'm taking a look at it and when I turn on the engine everything works fine for the first 2 minutes then the TRACTION OFF sign comes on ...and immediately that happens the engine wont rev past 2200rpm anylonger. Even if I drive it on the highway the engine wont rev past 2200rpm.

The CHECK ENGINE light is on.
The BRAKE sign is also on.
My bluetooth OBD scanner returns p0305 missfire on cylinder 5.

Please I need help seriously...

Pls help me mention any nairaland that can help ...thanks

Update: Panel Beater came and in 1min 30 secs, he used a long iron rod to prod the lock and it opened. He actually did it twice so I learnt the trick around it. Don’t try it alone and at home please.

I have Toyota Camry 2004 that is less than a year old.
if I travel for many hours or from Lagos to Abuja, my power steering oil always remain intact but anytime I pack the car at home....the power steering oil will drop on the floor and i have to refill again.
my observation is that the oil does not drop when I drive but only drop when I pack the car .
what could be wrong.

I haven't experienced it with my Camry '13 tho, I thought you were asking me what car can you not unlock with rods. The key issue was with my former ride (EOD).

One should always have a spare key available

Use a long rod to get reach on the power button to whine the windows down
