True, Maitomi was very wrong to create such a thread with an untrue title. Just take it as inexperience. I also believe another fault of his was not to renegotiate maybe with a change of dogs other than outright refund/return. It shows he's not a true dog lover. He should've done a little bit of research even after you mentioned the breed to him. I know you're one of the best breeders on NL.
But don't let Maitomi's experience affect your potential customers. Thousands of new people come online everyday and might not even know anything that transpired between both of you.

Bobby Life is not like that. Some people just need your personal input and experience with the breed. It's not everything that is google worthy. Take for example a caucasian on google is said to be rough, temperamental and dangerous while your bloodline or the ones you breed might be gentle, easy going and nice. You're not doing anybody a favour, it's business and it is not a crime for the seller to give small specs of his services. Be humble.

bro wen u talk about being humble...it was humility that made me to choose a breed for maitomi wen he contacted me even when he doesnt know what he wants,he said he needed an indoor breed which I did,cos to my own best understanding any dog can stay indoor or outdoor depends on trainin...then he later comes on this platform that he was misled and scammed after threatening to send the dog back to ur state and requesting for a refund,and putting ur buisness at risk.NOBODY DOES DAT.so for me to give another client any info about a breed or make selection for u is a BIG NO for me.i wont do such again..I dont mind the client going else where to buy...how can u tell a breeder to suggest a breed for u to buy and he did....u paid,he supplied u same day and den u come back again to say that its not wat u want that he has misled u and scammed u..do u in the first place know what u want...its crazy....it cant happen again...I will prefer someone that already knows and has read about the breed he wants,so nobody comes here to say that someone took advantage of ur ignorance...this is no pride...u become a FOOL wen u make same mistake twice...read about the breed u wanna purchase before u contact me...if u want anybody to educate u or to choose a breed for u,pls dont contact me...I dont want a problematic type of money....thx

I don't check NL pet without checking bobbysaxxy dogs and all I've seen so far are good qualities. I hope this admonition to Bobbysaxy wouldn't be a waste of my time and precious MBs. However, over time I have quietly observed the trend of activities on nairaland's pet section and must say without an iota of doubt that one particular individual stands out in consistency and quality of dogs (puppies) he advertises for sale. I think it would be fair to say "no day goes by without a post/ad from Bobbysaxy". And for us genuine dog lovers, it's a blessing to behold another spectacular pedigree post from my good friend - Bobby.
Like every human, he isn't perfect and probably has a flaw or two but what sets him apart the most is his resilient nature. He probably doesn't know me personally and we haven't met physically, however stemming from our few phone chats, I see an individual who has a bright a future ahead of him in this business.
So to the main point. Bobbysaxy.. I think it's time u expand ur footprint. By this I mean probably setting up ur own website e.g. www.bobbysaxy.com or bobbysaxykennels.com. BSK also has a nice ring to it just like LIB - lindaikejiblog.
Having a professional site doesn't limit u to only posting content on it.. Ur activities on Nairaland and other sites will persist, the icing on the cake is that u now have a personalized brandname/website which further puts credence to ur business.
