First of all factory reset the phone n retry, if problem persists, use a WiFi to try logging in, maybe ur network isn't strong enough

If it persist, take it to a technician and tell them the probs, he will help u flash d phone

I had a phone like that, if u can root the phone and install custom rom on it. Then u will be good to go cos that solved my probs

Ur 4gb has been partitioned into two parts, one is for apps, d other is for items like music n videos, from what u said, its obvious ur app partition is filled up, delete some redundant apps and try redownloading

A few days ago, I used my device at night and woke up the next morning with my note screen saying- "Encryption failed"
"Unable to complete encryption due to interruption. Perform factory data reset(erasing all your data) before use. After resetting, try encrypting device again."
Then there's a "reset device" button down below, which I pressed and pressed for hours without any action, or response.
I googled, different sites, and also videos on youtube, and the suggestion i got is to flash the device.
So I downloaded 2 different versions of Odin3 to flash it so as to install another downloaded firmware from Sammobile.com, but its just telling me "FAILED" several times.
I went to SAMSUNG office, they said its saying "FAILED" too and returned it to me since the warranty is over.
Now, I don't know what to do. Can someone help?

At least, there shld b a response n d request based on their claims that thy could solve any prob in respect of any phone. na wa ooo
