I scouted my area looking for a viable business to do that will fetch me money and i discovered there is no gas refill place around people have to go to a long distance to refill their gas. i don't know much about this gas refill business i made some contact and he told me he will be wiling to sell a filled 50kg gas cylinder to me at 40k. i want to know what this business is like, what i will be needing and how lucrative it is. Expert opinion is needed.

Well, I won't be against ur idea of paid escrow but mind u, we are Nigerians and whatever we do must be in naira not in dollar payment, even as we sell bitcoin and other currencies in dollars.
I will suggest that transaction fee should be about #1,000 and #2,000 for transaction of higher than 2million,
Reason behind my fee suggestion is that, some pple here buy and resell for a profit of 2 to 3 naira, some buy to resell with 5 naira profit and by calculation, if someone that is willing to buy in order to resell with 5 naira profit is buying $3000 that's with a profit of #15k, plus or minus, but which happens most time to many pple, such person can still let go of about 1k for escrow, meanwhile, all these profit calculation does not include other expenses for such individual, like Internet, call card etc to mention a few, so, maybe in the long run, such an individual might not be able to pay $15 not even $10 for escrow.
Had it been am in Nigeria, I will honourably offer to be doing escrow for 1k per transaction irregardless of how much is involved.
This is just a service to humanity not a profit making job.meanwhile, seun Osewa is not collecting anything from any of us for using nairaland, rather he concentrate more on other areas of making money.
