You can only be a dependant If your wife is going for msc research or phd. Moreso ban in canada means nothing in the uk just declare it but perfect your document with uk application

I attended my H1B visa interview on December 5th, and it was approved. The consular officer pointed out that I made a mistake with my birthdate, but she corrected it. When I checked the status on CEAC Tracker https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=NIV, it still shows "Approved, but not issued." It’s been 6 days, and I’m wondering how long it typically takes to receive the passport back. I have a flight on Friday, so any insights would be appreciated.

Has anyone who had their interview on December 5th received their passport yet? Thanks in advance!

It's like the Old portal is way faster than the new portal. A lot of people who uses the new portal there application is Over 2 month now.

This is what meant, Eligibility has started on the main portal but it has not in the Tracker same with medical

Although this is not my first Application maybe that's why it's taking so much long, I don't know why.

Hello Everyone one in the house, please I need your advise on this. Should I call the IRCC or not. My application has been Over 2 month now no response and the sensitive part was the thing reflecting on the portal was not in the Tracker like the eligibility it showing not started on the Tracker and it already started in the portal since. Now I discovered that majority of people that got their Visa theirs does not take so much long. I dokt really know what to do about this. My Application has exceed normal processing time cause the processing time for Nigeria study visa has been reduced this 2024, I don't know whys it that.
