PoliticsRe: Registration Of NDC Raises Concerns As ADA Seeks Legal Action Against INEC by Bosman17: 2:53pm On May 02
SadiqBabaSani:
They have started, Tinubu and his desperate followers want to plung the country unto chaos.

Why this mortal fear of a fair contest?

If you have done well as a ruling party in power, shouldn't you convince voters on the strength of your performance?

As for the ADA, they are meddlesome interlopers, they have no locus standi on this matter cause they were never party to it ab initio

As for the high court order mandating INEC to register NDC, it has already been complied with and even though INEC is within appeal period of 90days, appealing will just amount to academic exercise because they (INEC) already complied with the order
Chai Tinubu don see sege for Nigerians’ hands… even if their mama shit no clean yansh… na still Tinubu! 🤣🤣🤣 How this one take concern Tinubu! Did Tinubu know that ADC members will troop to NDC… if you give him these much credits, how then can you say he’s dullhuh

The drug lord will be out of office come 2027, and I can assure you he will be first president to end up in prison for the rest of his life. He will eat watery bean until his last breath

PoliticsRe: Atiku Invited To The U.S. To Speak At Congress by Bosman17: 11:22am On May 01
Congressman Jefferson’s conversation may come up… I think Atiku will think twice before going. APC have their men at the congress too… and Atiku may be playing into Tinubu’s hands if he goes!
PoliticsRe: Supreme Court ruling: INEC restores David Mark-Led ADC leadership by Bosman17: 5:42am On May 01
hegelian:
They don't need to.. This is the hardest fight.. They can't lose the case again.. If will be disastrous for the country and the govt if they later rule against them and will definitely throw the country into serious turmoil.. With this ruling it's gonna get super harder to do anything against them.. The consequences will be too grave to ignore and tinubu wouldn't even dare
Their convention is null and void still… they had a convention without state representation, the state chairmen are in court and the high court has ruled in their favour. The David Mark led faction will appeal but likely to lose.

grin

Tinubu is a horrible niga. I'm sure he instigated all this drama. grin

They will feel they have won now.

Do you think Tinubu isn't in firm control of the Supreme Court? grin
Thank you! I don’t know how people can’t see through this guys… I’m a supporter of Tinubu ooo but I also want a healthy competition… I also feel, the judgement that should have been delivered since 1pm came 6pm. It’s just to douse the political tension and make ADC feel they have won something🤣🤣🤣
PoliticsRe: Ante Bellum: ADC Supporters Celebrate At The Supreme Court (video) by Bosman17: 7:17pm On Apr 30
lol… many Nigerians are just too simple minded… there is nothing to celebrate here, you can’t see through this APC gimmick? Lose a battle to win war? This is to douse tension. There are too many legal huddles for ADC. The best thing is to push for an extension of party register submission from May 30 to Sept 30… Use the window to form a party and migrate en masse.
The SC as asked ADC to go back to the high court, there is the case of state chairmen there..
PoliticsRe: Why Obi Was Not Impressed With The ‘Ibadan Declaration’ - TheCable by Bosman17: 7:54am On Apr 29
DeLaRue:
If he was seated in the 3rd row, that's humiliation and disrespect of the highest order. That's terrible.

At times, you do see the point of those from the East who complain about how they and their leaders are treated in Nigeria.

Imagine Mr Tinubu being sat in the 3rd row of ANY APC meeting during Mr Buhari's government even when it was obvious things weren't right between them.

That would have been the last APC meeting Mr Tinubu would have attended. Them no born them.

ADC is now a hostile territory for Mr Obi. Even if he wins the primaries, most of the Northern ADC politicians will likely not support him in the Presidential elections.
Not true, he was not sat at the 3rd row now… but the 3rd column 1st row…Makinde Atiku sat in the front row second column but Obi dem sat 3rd column 1st row
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi in Closed-Door Meeting with Seyi Makinde in Ibadan by Bosman17: 5:49pm On Apr 28

When a Cameroonian came to Nigeria and praised the level of infrastructure, you are said he was paid by the government, but when an Eastern European who’s country might not even be better than Nigeria comes with a foolish rhetoric, “she’s speaking the truth” how dumb can you all be? Couldn’t she also have been paid by the opposition? My point is be balanced in your thought process..
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga)Liam Rosenior Sacked By Chelsea Three Months Into Six-year Contract by Bosman17(op): 5:37pm On Apr 22
Rosenior had led Chelsea to five straight Premier League losses without scoring – their worst run since 1912 – and a hopeless 3-0 defeat to Brighton on Tuesday evening was the final straw

Chelsea have sacked Liam Rosenior after just three months in the job following an awful run of form that has seen the Blues lose five Premier League games on the spin without scoring and left their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League in tatters.

A pathetic 3-0 defeat to Brighton on Tuesday, after which Rosenior tore into his players for their “indefensible” performance proved to be the final straw and the hierarchy have ripped up his six-year contract in a move that reports suggest will cost the Blues £24m.

Rosenior was only appointed in January and was viewed as a long-term successor to Enzo Maresca, following the Italian’s sudden departure, but now Chelsea must once again begin the hunt for a new manager, with no one specific currently lined up. Former Blues players Filipe Luis, who recently left Flamengo, and Como boss Cesc Fabregas are among the names being linked, with outgoing Crystal Palace coach Oliver Glasner, ex-Barcelona manager Xavi and soon to be out of contract Fulham head honcho Marco Silva also high up in the betting.

Rosenior, 41, tore into his players following the 3-0 defeat to Brighton on Tuesday and said their performance was “indefensible”. The loss was Chelsea’s fifth in a row in the Premier League without scoring, making it the club’s worst run of league form in 114 years.
PoliticsRe: How Wale Edun Lost Out To The Chagourys And Finally Bit The Dust by Bosman17: 3:55pm On Apr 22
Racoon:
Wale Edun served in a government that hates the truth and paid for it with his reputation if he has any. Tinubu does not like truthful or clean people.
No that is not true, Wale Edun’s focus on debt servicing is causing your likes and your co-travellers to blame the government for hardship. It’s obvious you weren’t reading with your mind intact!

Imagine the yeye memo! How much sugar cane can a staff chew? If they are avoiding the dirtiness of the environment from chewing the sugar cane that will be OK.
That is why you come here and whine about the government. You is a highly irresponsible comment. You just know why some people are poor by what they say!

PoliticsRe: Ralph Nwosu: You Said You Were Offered Money & Ministerial Slots By Who Exactly? by Bosman17: 12:15pm On Apr 09
reddingtonblack:
can people in APC try that thing common semse,

Anybody can offer money

Anybody can offer ministerial But who is in capacity who give ministerial position today ?? When you realize the answer you know
But if he has truly been offered 3 ministerial slots, the most basic question is who? I think we all should put sentiments aside, if you don’t like APC and its members, that’s ok! But we should not be blindly sentimental and not call out liars, this man is a liar. He all of a sudden became a stammerer and deflected! Did Bala say he was offered anything? If so Bala too should be asked who offered him anything🤣🤣🤣

Are you more intelligent than him? Mr. Intelligent, what Obi has achieved has anyone achieved it in your generation? If you don't have anything to say just zip it.
Whatever Obi has achieved doesn’t mean he is intelligent politically! Obi might be business savvy but we must agree he is not intelligent politically! Honestly, all he needed was a very strong northern Alliance where he’ll control the party structure like Tinubu did!

Today, Lamidi Apanpa is not the leader, is LP still not having issueshuh Or can you say APC still has a hand in the current squabble in the party??

PoliticsRe: Power Crisis: Gencos Kick As Tinubu Approves ₦3.3 Trillion To Clear Legacy Debt by Bosman17: 4:58am On Apr 06
DeLaRue:
These huge debts accumulated over the past years.

I don't know why the previous government was not paying down these debts despite printing N20 trillion naira.

The privatisation of the power assets has not delivered any noticeable positive results.
How can they pay, when 98% of income was used to service debt. We were borrowing to pay salaries.

Unfortunately, the monies given to the governors are not being properly utilised, otherwise things should have tremendously improved!
PoliticsRe: INEC Directs RECs To Suspend Plans On Voter Revalidation Exercise by Bosman17: 4:30am On Apr 06
iwaeda:
Even if Mrs Remi is INEC chairman, Tinubu is not beyond 2027. Why will permanent voter card need revalidation? I pray for Amupitan, may his name not answer negatively. grin grin grin grin
The problem is many Nigerians don’t use their God given ability to think. Why do we need revalidation? Because we don’t want ghost voting. Many have died in the last 4 years and beyond, whose cards are still active on INEC’s register, some have relocated and left their cards behind… but because the narrative that INEC is partisan suits your bias, revalidation also don’t make sense. Think!

PoliticsRe: ADC Crisis Rooted In Legal Process, Not External Influence — Lawyers by Bosman17: 3:36pm On Apr 03
festacman:
The legal processes aside, the root of this problem is a deputy chairman who was part of negotiation for former ADC leadership to step down for an interim leadership has all of a sudden changed like chameleon.

Who conspired to motivate the former deputy chairman to make an unnecessary U-turn. It is people who are scared of strong opposition party.

The fact is that if former President Jonathan's government was scared like the current government, it would have instigated inside confusion in then fledgling APC through legal processes. But he didn't and former President Buhari had given Jonathan credit for this on several occasions.

Nigerian stability is bigger than the ambition of an individual.

Meanwhile, I expect ADC to start releasing minutes of build up meetings to the stepping down of former EXCO. They should source all vital videos and pictures that show the former deputy chairman as being part of that process.
He was promised the position of the treasurer after the alliance is perfected. Why didn’t they honour the agreement? they shot themselves in the leg… he knew the illegality in formation of the alliance and simply exploited it. I have said it, sometimes it’s necessary to reinvent the wheel! Forming a new party immediately after 2023 would have been best. As it stands now, best alternative is to collapse into a rancour free party and not be hastily seeking for positions without due consideration for their new landlords!
PoliticsRe: Atiku, Peter Obi, Kwankwaso, Tambuwal And Other ADC Leaders At Yar'adua Center by Bosman17: 5:23pm On Apr 02
These ones cannot lead, instead of hijacking a political party, why they should have done is start a new party and identify a very strong candidate and put your entire weight behind that candidate. That is the only way to have a chance. Imagine if all of them unite behind Atiku and Obi in a party without baggage and cog in its wheel, they would have posed some threats… but as it is, no one is willing to sacrifice for the other!
