aug 21 there was some mixed up during my waec registration

aug 21, same as my jamb result nd birth certificate

D Date of birth in my waec certificate is feb 12 while dat of jamb result nd my birth certificate is aug 21 d same year. Pls guys wat do i do or am i going 2 b cleared like dat??

Is waec statement of result dsame as waec online print out??
