Why are NIGERIANS paying excessive tax when they couldn't even enjoy proper social amenities?

Electricity is zero, roads still bad, no proper waste management in most cities, few government estates, education is history, Agriculture is a shadow of itself. Zero innovation, Security is ZERO. No jobs for graduates, our money is now dust compared to other African countries.
