pls I applied for b1b2 last year march and I was denied because I told the VO I didnt have anybody in USA, but I have friend in Tx and NY. now I want to apply again, can I fill it in my form that I have someone there ? wont it look somehow or trying to play smart on them ? pls I'm confused
