And "It's not about that...." is ambiguous to me because there is no clear reference to the original author's statement

The way he said "picking dollars" was not really clear to me either but it sounded as if he was insinuating scam. That's why I said "it's not like that".

Did you take any test or do you have any history with them? If yes then, it could be legit. However you may have to find a contact number or confirm the email address has an NLNG domain, e.g
Scholarship@nlng.com or whatsoever. If not, you could be in for a scam or worse still your going to the address could land you in kidnappers den.

I'm not sure if I have an history with them. This is the email adress that sent it - Scholarships.Schemes@nlng.com .The address written is the correct address on NLNG website.
