The interview is in two stages.
Group exercise
Individual presentation

Group exercise: A group consists of 5 candidates, you guys are called into the interview room where you meet a panel of four. Proper introduction take place and you are debriefed on what to do. A case study is presented before the group with questions at the end. The group is to discuss and give solution to the case study in the presence of the panel. After discussion, the group is to appoint a person to present the outcome of their discussion. You are given 20 minutes to discuss after which one person presents.

Individual interview: A topic is given to a set of people individually and you are given 15 minutes to analyze the topic and a sheet of paper to hit down your points which you'll use for the presentation.

When it gets to your turn to present, you enter the same room,meet the same panel and start your presentation. You given 5 minutes to present. After presentation, you'll be asked questions and afterwards you'll be given a feedback on your performance and lapses. Then Au revoir.

In simple terms, it's just like your everyday assessment center exercise.

Does abstract questions got me confused.. With all sincerity I didn't understand Jack abt d abstract.. I left it for custodian.

� they were not that difficult, you should try practicing more of them. It's just patterns. Though, custodian no try, some of the shapes weren't clear.
