THE EXTRUDER MACHINE . The machine is made up of angle iron frame,sheets ball bearing,hopper heavy duty electric motor and pulley system. . The extrusion is acquired through dissipation of mechanical energy generated by shearing forces between wall and screw material. . Feed ingredients undergoes relatively high pressure here and as the material is squeezed through the die holes at the end of the extruder barrel , part of the of the water in the super heated dough as a result of preconditioning, Immediately vaporises and causes expansion ( that's why extruded feed fish float) .
