Olive de Coque used to sing with his name. This guy together with the current supreme Court imposed governor, is well known in Imo state for his activities. For whatever reasons, all the 419ers from Imo state have congregated at owerri and have now decided to dance skelewu ontop of Imo State finances. Cletus Ilomuanya from Ihite Owerri, Hope Uzodimma from Omuma and the late Okwelle Holdings from Okwelle.

These are well known fraudsters that have morphed into governors, traditional rulers and law makers , ofcourse with the help of the Nigerian state. I blame Rochas shaa. He had the time and goodwill to stop their menace but got carried away. The best way to destroy a culture is to impose criminals as leaders. Igbos should fight off these characters. All these guys do is to lodge at the best hotels at owerri with the most sumptuous IMSU girls and wait for.month end to share the allocation loot. Rochas fought them for a while and stopped. They started with Udenwa and they are still at it. Maybe Imo state will unleash another Otokoto riot before their enablers back off.
