So my z10 is hanging at the blackberry logo,dz started happening two days after i,updated d software myself,z it a problem with the os?,if so how am I to reload a fone dah doesn't turn on?

KenJADE: Before you blame the OS, try to get a good charger (stock preferably) maybe from a BB10 friend of yours and charge fully. See how it works, then if it's still faulty. Maybe the OS has issues.

henry007: did you recently damage your follow come or update your OS?! charger to get is the original Samsung galaxy charger or look for any orijo charger with 5v 2.1a output. output would be indicated on the head of the charger. costs about N2000 at pcvilla or walk into any blackberry shop but be sure to test charger for 15-20 mins. of course if the problem is from your OS, you need to reload it.
