I dnt think he has any excuse for not paying civil servants for seven good months.he should devise means to produce the money. Is it not his counterpart in abia dat slashed his pay to 50% but i guess he is recieving his pay while owing the civil servants.does he lack ideas.wat ae his advisers doing. I dnt buy the idea dat its the road users. How if i may ask? The govermnt is responsible for construction n maintenance of roads. Federal governmnt for federal roads, state government for state road. Here in anambra, we dnt hav any problem wit bad roads cos the governmnt knws its responsiblilities.
