When you say Jesus didn't collect tithe that is misleading. Tithe was supposed to be brought into the house of God. I can't find anywhere that suggested that Jesus Christ was the head of any synagogue so he couldn't have received tithe. However Jesus Christ also supported the payment of tithe. In Matthew 23:23. When it comes to tithe I don't know why people continue to criticize tithe payment because I haven't seen when people were forced to do so. The priesthood continues and who you receive the message of the gospel is your priest, therefore tithe should be paid to them.
